Monica Navarro-Marroquin

Monica Navarro-Marroquin is a multidisciplinary artist born and raised in the Mission District of San Francisco, California. Growing up her artwork has been inspired by the colorful murals in her neighborhood, chicano pinta art, and old school tattoos. Over time she has developed a surreal/fantasy look to her artwork and she is heavily inspired by nature and spirituality. Monica is an acrylic painter and muralist who specializes in line work, lettering, and blending beautiful colors and textures using metallic and glitter paints.
